Just opened the freezer but there's nothing left to do?
Have I finished the game? I've just opened the freezer but after spending an hour and a half there doesn't appear to be anything else left to do

That is not the end of the game.

If you've done everything you should be able to go into one of the rooms in the freezer which'll start another sequence before sending you into the sewers. Be sure to solve the cube puzzle in the basement first.

I'm in the exact same spot. I solved everything, I've tried everything (I mean, clearly not, but you know) and I can't figure out what to do next.

You have to flood it again and then go back to the hole. THERE. That should help anyone stuck there without spoiling anything.
