Updated AI for slaw in sewers
Added a chase start grace period - Slaw no longer chases immediately after seeing player for a fraction of a second giving you a little time to avoid a chase
Lowered the range Slaw can see in the sewers to make the chase more forgiving
Slaw no longer knows where you are at all times
Extra props to aid in breaking line of sight in longer sections
