Cheats - There's a app called WeMod you can download to get unlimited resources and gold.

To Mod Your Game - You can download a file that allows you to open up the asset.v file and make changes. But always remember to make a backup copy of the asset.v file first before you start modding. You have to put the link together in the URL, i had to breakup the link in order to post it.
