If you mean The Man in the wall, then i don't think he show up at all.

Dopple is a manifestation, avatar if you will, of MITW that he uses to interact with the non void realm.

New War may imply they are separate entities, given the final scene, but until we have actual confirmation, the truth is up to you.

So I use Creator mode due to hating some post New War designs, from what I've personally had happen, you'll still hear the "Hey kiddo" line, but not see the Dopple

I changed my operations to the apartment, looks like the only way the man in the wall would appear in the apartment is if i buy a specific item from the hex rewards(which i wont)
