Game has been formatted

My game progress has been formatted, what do I do? This is the second time this has happened, the achievements are saved, except for the progress that was formatted.

You can't do anything about it. Game has a problem with steam cloud saves which might delete your progress. All you can do is backup your savefiles to prevent the loss of progress. Use this guide:

while we're at it, is there a way to import the save I have on my PC to my Steam Deck?
