The artwork is great, and the music varied enough to make a nice background to everything else, but there just isn't much to do, overall. If you like to play games that require virtually no input from the player to the point where it feels a bit like it's playing itself, then I guess this is right up your alley. The turn-based combat is just you watching your character's artwork zip across the screen as you listen to the same lines repeated over and over. Regardless of the quality of the voice acting (I used the JP dub and it's really good), it gets old fairly quickly. There's really not much to this, unless you let the game sit in the background and enjoy the music while you do other things.

I feel bad not recommending this because it's definitely not the most offensive gacha, even though I do find there's more of an onus on spending here, which… I mean, you're just paying for some Live2D artwork and a few voice lines. But there's so little as far as positives for me to feel okay recommending.

Story: 0/5 (Insanely Bad)
More than “Bad”, the correct term is “non existing”. The game has an extremely short prologue, and then nothing else. Not a single line or dialogue. It is only possible to gather some information about the character and the kingdom they are from from the “memories” ()which are a few lines of monologue) of pulled characters.

Gacha: 1/5 (Very Bad)
The game doesn’t have a significant pity system, and an insane amount of copies of the same character is needed in order to increase their maximum level, which is required to progress anywhere in the game. Also, meta characters are fundamental, and a specific set of characters is basically mandatory for progression.

F2P: 1/5 (Very Bad)
The game tries in any way to convince the player to spend money. If not done, it is still possible to achieve everything, but it will require many, many weeks, if not months. Progression is very slow.

Tutorials: 1/5 (Very Bad)
Very few tutorials, which don’t expose well enough the mechanics of the games nor how to deeply understand the combat system.

FOMO Management: 4/5 (Good)
Although it takes some time to unlock everything, the game does not feature significant events, and there is nothing you can miss if not some extra resources.

Quality of Life: 2/5 (Bad)
The RNG battle system pushes the player to keep repeating the same battle, which can be skipped. That brings the gameplay to be a continuous loop of “Retry” and “Skip” until the battle is won through a good RNG. The game has tons of equipment and different power up systems, other than tons of different currencies. Although there are some “Auto” buttons, they only end up making the mechanics more incomprehensible instead of facilitating the game.

Interface: 3/5 (Decent)
Although pretty, the UI is very chaotic, with tons of different menus.

Design Variety and Quality: 4/5 (Good)
Generally good quality, but lacking in variety. Unique art style.

OST and Sound Design: 6/5 (Insanely Good)
Good Sound Design paired with the most incredible OST I’ve ever heard in a gacha game, with each character having its own (incredible) song, with both an english and a japanese version.

Voice Acting: 4/5 (Good)
General good quality of the voice acting.

Overall score: 52/100 (Insufficient)
