They immobilize the target for one turn only. Does this increase with throwing skill? Because as is, they're only immobile during my turn (is the point just a dodge penalty?) and have an AP penalty the next. And targeting head and leg has identical effects, with head taking one more AP and having lower THC. What am I missing?
