You need to go to settings and do something here. Ill go look right now. Havent played in a while.

you can remap bindings in setting for each device seperatly.
as for joining as far as i undrstand you need to hold a button or pull a stick into a direction that is mapped for right movemnt (will probably be right lol).
after doing so the cursor should appear and you can choose a character.
may i add you for some online coop?

Yeah, tried lots of buttons and messed with settings. The controllers aren't recognized when I press buttons to rebind them in settings. I'm using the wireless adapter, and have 4 360 controllers attached to it. No idea what the issue is.

Have you pressed joypad switch on the left side in settings?
This is the only idea i have how to fix it.
Dev once in a while looks this forums.
Also, someone before you probably had the same issue. Try to find any post like yours.

Hmm odd, im on windows 10 with no issues for 360 controllers, add me on steam as a friend if you like and ill debug it with you, see what is up.

When I have an XB1 and X360 controller connected over steam link only the first controller is recognized by the game - any help debugging? The game is a lot of fun single player and I'd love to play with friends.

Back when I had this issue, the dev tried to get it working but in the end only the first controller was ever recognized. I tried again recently with xbox one controllers and still only the first controller is recognized.You may have to settle for singleplayer...
