Ship Graveyard Simulator 2: Prologue

Ship Graveyard Simulator 2: Prologue

WOW This got boring quickly
At first, it was funny, I laughed... But the flying parts, please fix it.

I try to pick some parts, and they just fly away.

I didn't see many people mentioning flying parts, is it just me?

I love being able to dismantle the whole ship itself, but can we get some means to go up the ships? Like a rope, or rope ladder. I dismantled the 2nd ship, and by the time I noticed we could also remove the hull itself, I was on the ground floor and no longer could access the first floor and I had the back of the ship I couldn't access or reach.

Thanks for the work, hope to play it full soon.

There are ladders on the side of the ship. And yeah, the physics with the parts are weird. Especially because it only seems to become a big issue once you're at the ground floor.
I already dismounted the parts where the ladder lead, I had trouble to finish the back section.

You can get there by jumping. There is a pipe like thing going in to the wall, you can jump on what remains of it to jump up to the back section
The problem is that many physics objects, like wall panels, lack the kind of solid depth and collision that you'd expect.

I also had trouble with the back section once I realized there was no way up after clearing everything else.

Also it's a low budget indie title meant to cash in on the PlayWay's "simulation" brand, so you have to deal with it. It's like watching a low budget, generic Netflix title made purposely for streaming. They are already going to launch like this, the ships, while a huge improvement over the first game, still aren't on the level of Hardspace: Shipbreaker.

I reported this to the dev's in the pinned bugs/wishlist thread whatever and they never replied to it.

The stern is -excuse the pun- a pain in the ass! I suggested either a ladder to carry or external on the ship -like the sides.

I got on the stern by driving my truck to the internal part and jumped on the roof onto the side and got on the plates.

This is a fun chill title; nothing more, nothing less. None of it really breaks the game
At the end of the day it isn't a critical component unless there was some mission objective or achievement tied to fully salvaging a vessel. It still will make me mindful in the future to make sure I don't cut myself off from accessing sections of the ship.

There’s a rear engine or something similar at that section higher up than the main engine. I was working around it -trying to free access for the crane to remove it- and in doing so, it fell straight down and promptly *disappeared* into the ground! In real life this would have crashed into the bottom of the still remaining hull section.
It contained valuable resources as well….
I think that party caused the whole superstructure to collapse and I lost access to the stern that way
