when the game will be avilable? it says 27 but there isnt purchase options

I lost and they straight up yoinked a critter I was using, no swap or choice in what goes. I lost 2 more times and again they took critters I was actively using, weakening me for the rematch. Maybe I was just unlucky but it felt intentional. The AI literally cheat and break the premise of the game, at least in the demo. Why don't I get a free, mandatory critter from my opponent upon winning? Why don't the AI have to swap me for the cards? Feels bad man...

I like this game but I am utterly terrible at it. I wish there were guides or videos that could help me get better at the game.

I had the impression that the game would focus on building a permanent deck, while trading cards to "collect them all" so to speak. Has this been changed to a more roguelike structure? Thanks.

So, I noticed that when you start a Challenge Run, there's an option to start with a mastered critter instead of one of the regular starters. But here's my question: Is this feature always available, or do you have to complete a run with that character first? (Or something like that.) I'm trying to write a guide, and this would have been a good tip to help people clear Nuzlocke for the first time.
