I owned the original but will funding this remake actually bring the Raidou series revival?

This is possibly one of the best franchises Atlus has in my opinion, and within that franchise it is my favorite series. But does supporting this remake actually translate into a revival of the series?

The game is definitely worth the price, if you never played it, but If this game selling a lot means a revival of the series then I would buy it at the drop of a hat. So is it even on the table?

I mean he's pretty much one of the last old heads at Atlus, everyone else has either left the studio and/or Died (RIP Aoki Hidehito). He's keeping the spirit of Megaten alive.
