What I did was, during Full Moon, fuse Ukobach + Ippon-Datara and Decarabia + Mokoi, all with Max Loyalty. It took a little while but I managed to get all 5 Legion.

Any other tips? It's driving me crazy

i get all achievements and is just luck, keep doing and doing and doing, if you have the DLC give them the sake to improve loyalty

If I have 5 legion registered in Devil chart does it mean I got them all? I'm not sure cause they are not numbered as A...E, they are all called as simply "Legion"

Yeah, you're good. You can also look at them and you will see they have different resistances and skills.

Are the Legions anything special other than trying to complete the registry?

i read some where i think , that if u keep that legion in ur party (tube), u wont get a repeat. i just keep all the legion in my pt (tube) until i get all version

if u find it hard to get accident fusion , maybe is better to just wait for the next full moon

So in my case the issue was that i tried to early in ng+. I tried immediately after fusion was available again and only got other demons with fusions accidents. I tried again at the beginning of Episode 4 and got them immediately once i got an accident. I used Mokoi + Ippon-Datara for the fusion and got the missing two Legions pretty quickly.

Stuck on this one as well, NG+ Chapter 5...snore

Finished this one this morning, best way to get them appears to be fusing max loyalty demons on a full moon around chapter 4 or 5. Its tedious as hell but i repeatedly fused a max loyalty Ukobach with a max loyalty Ippon-Dattra and after about 30-45min i got the remaining three I had been missing. Legion isn't good enough or iconic enough to justify 5 needed compendium registries but here we are

It doesn't actually matter which demons you fuse, I was doing it with two same useless demons at different chapters while grinding for loyalty at the same time, I mean I recruited for example two onis during one fight kept them in my stock till their loyalty reached max then fused several times during full moon until the result is legion. It usually took in average like 5 attempts till get legion so I did that like 5 times in different chapters with different demons (but with the same 2 demons) and around 5 times reloaded each time I did that.

Oh I forgot, and also couple times I was getting the same legion I already had, then I just progressed a bit further in the game and tried again

This is false. I have repeatedly gotten the "Combo" Legion in fusion accidents and my stock is filling up with them. I have 4 of these damn things but can't get the 5th for some reason, almost wondering if my level is too low or something (NG+ Chapter 5, around Lv.40)

I sincerely hope that Atlus makes the fusion accident demons in Raidou 2 easier to get, because this achievement is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG hell that I couldn't be bothered with back in the PS2 days.
