For those not digging the camera I've modified it.

I've been playing around with the ini files for the game and so far I like the camera tweak I've done here. Put this file into your TMNT-OotS/DamageGame/Config directory and overwrite or rename your old file if you want a backup. Please provide any feedback for it or tweak it and make it better than mine.
