About integrating Elevenlabs API, if I'm not wrong it is an application to generate text to speech in Java. Currently, the application applies the Microsoft TTS using SAPI in C++. You can install the voice of a woman in English and the program will automatically detect it, so you can select it in the options (there is a small problem with the default voice with Zira, on some devices, windows assigns the voice of a man, but as I said, you can install another voice).
