Got the 1st, 4th and now I'm at the green cubes. No idea what I missed and not sure if it's normal but the guildmaster still tells me to go see the owls despite already finishing the owl boss. What am I missing?

My power went off while I was playing last night. When I tried playing the next day, I got a crash message saying "Low level fatal error [File Unknown] [Line 729]". Please help me :(

It's been fun to try this game out, the layouts of the levels are really interesting. I wanted to make some suggestions of things that have been causing me a lot of friction. Most of these are just how the game feels and places where it lost momentum for me. - Light, there's too many dark areas. I know there's a Magelight spell but I don't have the components yet, it makes too many areas feel completely locked off. I just had a frustrating issue where my souls were sitting exactly where I fell. It wouldn't be possible to get them without jumping to my death. Souls need to stay somewhere reachable.
