Storage?
I can't figure out where to see how many of an item I have. Like Berries or Wood? How do you see the total amount that you own?

You need to research Trade Graph(?) I think it was. Never used it myself since it felt kinda useless. Some of the other graphs do help though.

if haven't figured it out if you want to see production look at the production graph if you want to see where they go and how much click on the item on the trade
