Wei - Nine-Disciplinary Force not available in the panda store

I played until the Tiger boss. The panda that is then found does not sell the item. The panda in Act 4 (?) in the Garden of the Void is no longer there.Why can't I buy the item?

Are you in ruined area the game starts in? I think that's when he was selling it for me but I could be wrong. He's in the pavilion where the 1st scripted inner demon spawns in act 1. I believe the only new item he gets in the final chapter is the feather to upgrade weapons to +10

In the pavilion is nothing. The deamon is dead.

The itemt is purchasable from the panda in Annalum (it is quite well hidden so easy to miss) but only after passing the point of no return.

Yeah but that's where panda is in ruined annalum.

I believe you entered Bo capital, then Panda goes there aswell, He will have this Nine-Disciplinary Force in the shop. Just find him there with guide or sth if you need it asap

I found the panda briefly the tiger. Shortly before the area where you get much more back (where the storyteller sits in front of it) but I am not further because I first wanted to buy the item. Is there a panda with other goods anywhere until then?
