Its almost like Clash does exactly what its meant to. Clash with weapons. The tutorial even explains that clash, and parries work only on weapon attacks. Not martial arts. Not Animals. Definitely not monsters. Git gud

Clashes and parries doesn't work on claws/teeth or martial arts. Well, parries might if you have the Sekiro mod installed I guess, but otherwise they just won't work.

no it just says it dosnt work on martial moves like punches or kicks. plus bai kru arms are like bladed so it could go either way. anyways he wasnt hard and after 3 deaths of getting used to using one hit and dodge i beat him.

Clashes don't work on monsters in general because they don't use weapons. Fighting the tiger before Bai Kru should have made it obvious.

This is the boss that gives you a headache? He's so slow you can literally dodge every single attack. Stop hyperfocusing on clashing and use dodge..

use spear if you want to counter everything

I'm surprised that you didn't understand how clash works before reaching Bai Kru.

i just assumed my attack timing was off whenever i missed cause i could have sworn i have clashed with claw attacks. it has like never let me down but my build is to hit it till it dies and heal all the damage i take

no he didnt, i was just mad that the way i had been playing the entire playthru seemed to longer be working. no boss has been as bad as melania or PCR yet.
