This update brings many new additions to the Hood Zombies gamemode along with additions to the multiplayer gamemode.

Hood Zombies

• New Map: Detroit Penitentiary: This map is a massive prison featuring 4 unique cell blocks and a large area to roam and train. This map is nearly 4x the size as the abandoned school map and features a lot to explore
  
• New Zombie Variants: Hood Zombies difficulty is now increased, with new zombie variants spawning after higher rounds. Now there are red "fent" zombies that are faster and stronger and even higher level "fire" zombies that spawn after round 15.
  
• 100+ New Zombies Voicelines: These voicelines will spawn for player actions and round endings, giving hints to find the secret of the map
  
• Fent Dragon Boss Battle: Find all of the fent pickups in the prison map to enable the fent reactor, a device that spawns the fent dragon. This dragon is very difficult and shoots explosive skull cannons at the players. You may need 4 players to beat the dragon
  
• +many more additions to the zombies gamemode

Multiplayer Updates

• Increased level cap, now level 50
  
• AK47-Bluefire: Unlocked at level 50, this high level skin features fire particles in the weapon animation.
  
• More minor bug fixes

Even though this is mostly zombies update, the multiplayer mode will be getting some love in the next couple weeks

This patch update addresses the login problems that have been highlighted on by recent reviews and posts regarding the login system

Updated Login
This new update allows you to pick between local steam login, and hood warfare account login upon first opening Hood Warfare.

New users can log in with the local steam method to avoid having to create an account.
Old users can log in via the Hood Warfare account method and keep all of their progress.

Both login methods feature leveling and stats for kills, death, KDR. Users can switch between the Hood Warfare account and Local Steam profile account on the main menu via the logout button.

Prior to this update this was only able to be done by changing the version to the "nologin" version in steam settings, but now the local login works without needing to do this.

This update also brings bug fixes and quality of life improvements such as:

• Updated menu
  
• Updated loadout selection character
  
• Doors now show on abandoned school multiplayer map
  
• Drive-Bys cost 5 kills instead of 3.
  
• Text on drive by unlock showing the key to activate it
  
• And many others.

Content Coming Soon...Although there hasn't been many updates in the past few months, a major update featuring a new map and weapons will be coming soon.

Hood Warfare Zombies is now live! This update brings a new mode to hood warfare featuring zombies. Fight in a team up to 4 of bloods, crips, or vatos to fight the horde. Players must kill zombies to get points, and with points they can purchace different areas and weapons. The mode takes place in a modified version of the abandoned school map. (there might be a easter egg).

Along with this update various quality of life changes were added along with 2 new guns:
AK74u Lazer, a skin for the AK74u, along with a blunt healing item that gives you hp when you hit it.

An upcoming zombies mode is coming soon to hood warfare. This mode will combine the forces of the bloods, crips, and vatos fighting to survive a zombie outbreak in the hood of detroit. This is a co-op mode featuring 4 players. This mode will be released in the next few weeks so stay tuned.

The Project Baby Update Part 2 is now released!

This update brings many new features to Hood Warfare including

• Drive-By killstreak. Unlocked at 6 kills, you can now call in a drive-by and get some ground support blasting the opps! The Drive-By is available on the maps Southside, The Streets, The Suburbs, & Downtown
  
• New Map - The Streets. This map takes place in the industrial district of Detroit.
  
• 50+ New Voicelines
  
• 6 brand new animated weapon skins for higher levels.
  
• New main menu screen
  
• Various other bug fixes

This is a minor update that fixes a few minor and major bugs with the game

Fixed Grendades from not throwing properly
Fixed slow pistol ads
Fixed Detroit City v1 from not starting match
Other minor bug fixes


Important Note: Make sure you are playing the latest version of the game at all times otherwise you might not see lobby's as lobbies are separate per game version. An old client connecting to a updated game lobby could cause issues for the non-updated player

This patch update brings a new pistol, "Glock wit a switch"

This Glock has a switch along with a 32 round drum mag. The weapon sprays at the cost of accuracy and is unlocked at level 15.

Other changes:

Changed sniper scope (again)
Increased ragdoll for sniper kills
Changed glock sound
Few other minor changes

This update brings a new mode and various quality of life and bug fixes to Hood Warfare

New Mode: Gun Game
You spawn with a pistol. Every 3 kills you progress to the next weapon until the final weapon, the shank. The first to get a kill with the shank wins.


New Level Cap: Level 30
Level 30 is now the max level in the game. There are no unlockables to this level yet but they will be coming soon.

Full Controller Support (somewhat).

The game is now completely navigable with a controller with the exception of the login screen. Which will require a keyboard to input username and password. A virtual cursor can be controlled with the left stick.

Various Bug Fixes

Fixed Vatos spawning in the Crips spawn
Slightly Nerfed Grenade
Made glock semi auto again. Different variations of the glock will be coming with future updates including a glock with a switch.
New scope for the sniper
Team modes are now 5 per team instead of 6. (6 was too chaotic and too much spawn killing)
Changed main menu a bit
Made the flashlight bigger on the mall map due to it being a dark map
Shooting your gun now cancels out running with auto sprint enabled. So you dont have to manually stop running to shoot.
More small bug fixes

The Project Baby Update Part I has arrived and it brings multiple new features to Hood Warfare


New Map: Southside.

This map takes place in the southside of Detroit in a hood neighborhood. Play all main gamemodes on this map.

Controller Support Added

Controller support has finally been added. Find the controls in the options menu. Menu navigation has not yet been implemented. But the game is now playable using a controller.


New Melee Weapon: Shank

The shank offers quick melee attacks at close range. This weapon offers increased attack speed over the bat at the cost of range

Other Adjustments

Buffs and nerfs to various weapons. UZI got a slight buff. Glock can now be fired full auto. Other small quality of life improvements and adjustments to weapons.

Running is now toggled with shift or LS so you dont need to constantly hold it down to run.

Loading screen changed.

Other various bug fixes.
