Police Offense Reaction Problem

Police won't react or fined me for speeding or headlights etc. Only radar fines me and if I pass red light. Sometimes I don't even get crashing violation for some reason. It does'nt make any sense because it worked before, maybe even too much, but I enjoyed it that way.

I tried almost everything:
1. I had few mods downloded from steam workshop and deleted everything
2. I also 1 time disabled or unchecked offenses and violations, but later turn back on
3. Creating a new profile
4. Checked "g_police" option on "config.cfg" file in documents, its on "1"
5. I even checked on "config.cfg" "g_developer" and " g_console" also on "1"
6. After all of that, I decided to reinstall the game completely by deleting the game, deleting from documents as well, and few leftovers from steam apps directory, but nothing is changed
7. All my profiles had "Steam Cloud" option turned on, so I decided to delete all profiles and create a new one with local files, still nothing

I don't really know what I did or did I do something wrong to literally screw up the game that much. Is there anyway I can fix this?

What is your issue exactly? That you are getting fined or what?

I never receive any speeding tickets by passing police cars no matter how much over the speed limit i'm going. Police car is literally behind me driving the same speed as me which is way above the speed limit and I realised that I didn't turn on the headlights also and no fines.

I've noticed this behavior too playing through the Greece DLC, maybe they just don't care in Greece, haha.

Lol yeah . For me I noticed for red lighta ,I'm not always getting fined for them

Interesting.. Well I don't have a Greece DLC, but I do playing through the West Balkans DLC, that's why its so weird for me xD. But I realised that this behavior started after the Return to Winterland Event (World of Truck) ended and there is also Cruising Greece Event (World of Truck). Maybe the last update has to do with this, I don't know.
