It really depends from your interpretation of the religion, IMHO.
It seems to be a common thing for totallitarian ideologies.
It's not a Christian game - it just tries to add a little historical realism.
the rise and fall of civilizations so you have a valid background to formulate any
speculative premise.
- The game is all about killing, and about as 'christian' as the Spanish inquisition.

It's a piece of entertainment TBH.
We shouldn't take it too seriously, it was literally made for three things, and that is to impress (3D graphics, looked amazing back at release time), shock (Nazi imagery and violence, one of the first trully violent games) and entertain (shooty shootin' Nazis, their dogs and zombies).
Wolf 3D was actually a really controversial game at release time, due to the violence and imagery, but also highly successful and launched the DOS PC platform in the spotlight for computer gaming, overtaking the, back then still popular, Commodore Amiga.
The Spear of Longinus (aka The Spear of Destiny) is a Christian relic... just like The Holy Grail or The Ark of the Covenent.
