I feel like the spell wipes out any debuffs before applying damage, does anyone know if that's the case?

Hello there. For the audience still interested in this game, an unofficial patch has been released. This unofficial mod patch addresses many of the bugs still present in the game. It does only that. By reading the change log, you will be surprised how many bugs are still in the game. I play mostly on large maps, so I have a mana surplus every time. I dont like this but I cannot help it. There is no way to spend this ridicolous surplus. I generate almost 800 mana every turn and my cap is 2000 and my casting poionts are 200. So what to do with it? -shall I sell mana buildings like shrines so that I have at least some money from it? -is there a mod which eliminates the mana cap?
