I am glad you got all the MP achievements. Is just so hard to get the right people since some of them wants to play real matches instead of being done with the achievements as soon as possible. I don't have a problem with that since i am a competitive guy but it gets annoying when trying to help someone (in this case my gf) and people joins for competitive play. Yeah, maybe they do not know we are trying to do the achievements xD. To be honest, i do not care about dead MP modes / games. I just want the achievements and that's it. There are a very few pvp games i am interested in.

PD: just an advice for people who wants to do the achievements as fast as possible: get the right people. There are some trolls claiming "i wanna help you" but they just want to fool around and mess the things up.
