As the title says, it seems that, unlike its prequel, this vn is only for 64-bit systems, which is not mentioned in the system requirements. I highly doubt that this was the case for the original 2018 Japanese release. It's probably a case for only this localization. I understand that 32-bit systems are becoming obsolete, so it is unlikely that there will be a patch or fix for a small group of buyers....
