This vs Kara no Shojo?

I own Kara no Shojo but never got around to play it. Now I see this version exists and I'm wondering if I should buy this.

I would love to play on the Steam deck or with a controller, so a bit modernization is already great.

I haven't played either yet but from my understanding, Kara no Shojo is the Mangagamer translation and is the "original" game in terms of assets and doesn't have voice acting

This version is a different translation, has voice acting and has higher quality sprites and cg's

If you look it up you'll probably get a more comprehensive answer but from what I've read I think the only difference between "The Shell" and "Kara no Shojo" is The Shell has higher quality art and voice acting, and Kara no Shojo is the original experience, and whatever translation differences there are
