My friend install and launch this game, and got Black screen, but when he add additional launch parameters, game is starting, and black screen is gone

I played fine on multiple servers like ones, until 3 days ago Now i have 10s lag spikes every 5s with this warning in red at the end of spike. I tried cl_cmdrate 128, but didnt fix it But no problem on UHS servers

i managed to get the sound working by using Steam Linux Runtime 1.0 (scout) but now my game crashes anytime the server changes maps. I'm using Linux mint 22. Does anyone know how to fix this?
