I'll try to add a bit of context/information. For me, achievements seemed to trigger fine before the July 14th mini patch.

After that (to my knowledge) I should have gotten: "These won't fit me...", "A spot of light bedtime reading..." and possibly "Service with a smile". None triggered for me.

I think I know what it might be...

When I changed computers, I forgot to install the steam libraries on Renpy. I've just done that, so will release an updated version later today. :)

Should be fixed now with the patch that I just uplaoded.

I'm able to trigger achievements on my side at least.

Is anyone having problem with their achievement unlocking they were unlocking then suddenly stopped i tried uninstalling the game verifying the files running steam as an admind but the achievements still dont unlock anyone else or just me?
