This one will not pop. Found all frogs, did the three little quests to open the chests but nothing. Any tips for me?

- I had to leave the game and return later; the frog count was intact but the progress I had made on the 3 side quests was lost; I had to find the items (again) in order to get the keys (again) and open the colored chests (again) to reveal frogs I had already found; fortunately, they were already turned red as I had found them in an earlier play session; - It appears there's an issue with the achievements (for some people) as the "frog counter" was gone (i.e. I found all 100 frogs) but 1 achievement didn't...
