Challenge clothing unlocks in story mode?
Is there a reason why the clothing I unlock in challenge mode isn't in the story mode, or am I missing something? I saw something about a dice puzzle in the FAQ thread, but I'm afraid I don't understand it. I haven't seen any dice in-game.

i know some mirrors are different from others ingame. For example Floor A4 Mirror gives you full access to customization of Jodi, as well as loading Saved outfits you created in Her Apartment.

So you can create your drip in Apartment, then save as outfit, go to story game, find a clean mirror and load the outfit to play it in story.

You can change the clothing through mirror in the story mode, but not every mirror can access to the Wardrobe.

The dice was back on the Demo version not the steam Version.
Yeah, they should probably update that section of the FAQ, the dice was an old puzzle mechanic which has since been removed, to be fair it never did make a huge amount of sense, roll dice, get code, open door always felt a bit place holder.

As for clothing, once you have successfully unlocked them in either story or challenge mode, they should become available when you customise Jodi in the wardrobe or mirror. However when loading a story save the game will remember what clothes you had on at the time of save, so don't load the office, swap your drip then expect it to carry into a story mode save, you'll have to find a mirror like mentioned above and customise from there.

Awesome, thanks for explaining that guys! Had no idea there were two different types of mirrors
To clarify on the mirrors and their differences;

Mirrors with a clean surface give full access to the wardrobe function.

Mirrors with a dirty/spotty surface only provide what you are currently carrying.

Both record/save what you are carrying and add it to the wardrobe collection.

Every single mirror unlocks a unique hairstyle when you access it.

As of patch 5.2.2, there seems to be a bug where accessing a dirty mirror breaks access to the wardrobe function of clean mirrors.

I've noticed this when I went to go put glasses on Jodi at a clean mirror, it refused to access the wardrobe. Hopefully a hotfix is soon.

To full unlock clothing from boxes you need to either wear it when you complete the challenge or take it to a storage box on the challenge level, if you just pick them up it won't fully unlock.
