Wouldn't be surprised if this is a "Me" thing, but I've played though all of the levels and did All Hallows. I restarted back in India with automatic full ammo for all weapons. Anyway, the game begins in India automatically, then automatically goes to the South Pacific, then automatically to London, and then the globe finally opens up to show me that my only choice is to go to Antarctica. At no time in-between levels before this does the globe pop up to give me a choice of where to go next. In other words, the Nevada levels are completely bypassed. Any reason as to why the globe doesn't pop up between levels like in the original PS version? Thanks.
