This game isn't launching!
Does anyone know if any configuration is needed to run this game?
(I've updated the drivers, run as an administrator, used the compatibility mode, deleted and downloaded again, did the same with the steam program, deactivated antivirus / windows defender and installed directX)
I no longer have any idea what the problem might be ...
I use Windows 10.

If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful, because I love this game.

Have the sameproblem. If i want to start the game the screen get's black for a short time and before any developper logo can be shown the game crashes without a message and i return to my desktop

Start the game with the default 640x480 settings and try changing resolution from within the game - worked for me except it does not support widescreen but that is still fine by me.

Same thing here. Nothing is working. I was playing these games just fine last weekend.

What fixed it for me was uninstalling the last Windows Update I did.

Probably it's beacause this game is for windows xp and the newer versions of windows doesn't support the old grafics of those type of games, i had a similar problem years ago with Traod, because my old windows 7 could not support it, so i think you just need to update your pc with windows 11

It's for Windows 95/98. Much older. Updating your PC doesn't fix the problems. You need to patch the game. There's a multipatch for XP to 10, so that should get it running.

AOD is completely different from the previous games with its convoluted settings system. None of this means you have to "update" your system.
