I have the achievement and am willing to help anyone who still needs it. Just add me and I'll give it to ya :D

As for the other multiplayer-only achievements in this game, I can't help you with them as they take quite a bit of time to get. But please use this discussion board as a place to add anyone else who also needs them so you can help eachother :)

Unrelated, but if one loads an earlier chapter of the game, and then loads a later chapter would all the stuff they originally unlocked be unlocked still?

I already beat the game, but would be interested in jumping around in the progress to prior missions for fun, but not if i end up losing all my upgrades and weapons and all the work i put in to get the 100%

Because the game tells you that changing the chapter will override your save file, I would imagine you lose your progress. I think it basically loads the checkpoint it made on your current playthrough right as that chapter began. I can't confirm if you will be able to select later chapters again, so I would exercise caution when changing the chapters
