Item with so called *set bonuses*

I have only one question - what lvl of rare/epic/titan gear I must craft to get these gear with *set bonus*? Because there like 30, 50, 80 lvl gear and so on.

level 100 legendary since its cheaper so you can unlock all titan bonuses in magical forge the epic/novice gear you get from opening chest from challenge keys/stage keys.

I get one of the *novice set* gear from crafting lvl 40 gear in smith, so I wonder, if this possible to get the rest of *novice set* gears from crafting? Which lvl it's required? Same question about epic set's

idk if you can get it from crafting for epic gear only way I got a few of the epic gear pieces are from chests from challenge keys

yeah you craft level 50 random epic gear to get the epic set bonuses in the magical forge which I've done a few hours ago
