Does this include the NSWF CGs?

The original game released over a decade ago for PC had NSFW scenes. When the game was localized and ported to switch, all of that was removed as well as a lot of dialog being censored. Does anyone know of a way to play the original game?

Regional Pricing?

Is this triple A game? What's the justification of that pricing? Guess I'll just have to ignore both the developer and publisher if they do this kind of practice.
