No SIlver as Rewards Anymore?

I get to a point in the game, not even making it very far when mission cards don't reward silver anymore, so eventually all my gangsters die except the one, and I can't get rid of corpses, or hire anymore gangsters....is this a bug or am I missing something?...

Bring back money laundering slider

I have massive income from the restaurant, 13k and despite having 4 gangsters working for me almost non stop I can't gather money for them because all is converted. Getting 1000 gold and losing 200 of dirty money is crazy. I owe them 2k now and there's no way to pay it back because everything will be converted. Please bring back the slider...

This would be a great game but unfortunately it's primary mechanic centres around balancing 2 forms of currency and, due to unavoidable (un)balancing issues, you simply cannot play the game for more than an hour or so as it softlocks you with this mechanic.
