Same tbh. There id a group that i found thats trying to revive the game on there own if you want discord link ill send it to ya

I still think about playing it.

I miss this game. I miss my little smg that had two reload buffs (it dropped just before they patched out duplicate buffs) I could dump the clip in a second and a half and have it reloaded in less than a second. I miss running around during the big bug spawns and healing people with my laser gun thingy. Even if they brought it back, my guns would be gone :(

I miss my car. It was one of the orange chargers you could get from the "secret" shop by the little lake. I'd just cruse the map for hours.

I also miss the show! That was a cool concept even if they couldn't keep up with the idea (the game was going to have events that would effect the show!)

And remember: It is perfectly okay to watch explosions.

I did pay for patron. It was the best deal for an mmo. Like $30 for 6 months of sub. If you people miss the game, sign the petition to bring it back. It might not bring the game back, but at least you tried something to help show support. The petition is at 260+ signatures, with 500 at the next milestone.

Its very easy to get the tv show in 1080p blu ray torrents....or buy the dvd/blu ray disks on ebay.

Another thing that could be done, is contact Gamigo and ask to bring it back. You will get an official response for a ticket after a few days. I tried to ask about bringing it back...they told me to check the 'news' section on Gamigo's site....if they were going to bring it back, it would be mentioned there.

Gamigo are pos, don't spend a dime on their games, don't play their games, hope their entire company gets shut down for shutting down defiance.

Don't even blame Gamigo at this point. Gamigo was bought out by 'Media and Games Invest.' which rebranded their name to 'Verve Group SE', people need to contact and ask if they'll ever bring the game back. I tried once. Gamigo told me if there was info about a return of D13, it would be posted on their 'GAME NEWS' page.

If we pledge to pay patron, in order to play, then I think that's reasonable from their perspective, since it's just a business and a D13 is a product to them. I also asked if they didn't want to invest enough to bring servers back online, allow us to rent private servers or make the game open source. If more people contact and ask about this, they might take it more seriously.

Verve never responded to me....I waited 3 weeks. I contacted Gamigo yesterday. I asked "How much would it cost to turn Defiance 2013 back on?" "How much would it cost to lease a private server that could handle 400 people?" "How much for a license to self-host a private server?" "How much to buy the Defiance 2013 I.P.?" I can speak for 150 people easily that we would all pay patron for our toons. Gamigo needs to know that we want Defiance 2013 to return. Unless they hear/read it directly from people, we're just talking to ourselves about "I wish they would...", instead of convincing them that they are losing money by not reviving Defiance 2013. I figure I can find a thousand people that miss D13 enough to pay $90-$100 a year for patron...so its worth a shot at pitching something realistic. I'm willing to try kickstarter for I.P. purchasing and then we'll all have access to it with private servers, potentially. I pointed out that patron was the cheapest sub any mmo ever had. If they make it mandatory, that might cover their server overhead. I miss it and I want it back....at least I'm trying something realistic.
