I can't get the achievement "Independent Woman" because Scarlet throws every Fish spouts to high every time, somebody help please

help. I just tapped the screen and now it thinks I wanna play it like I'm on a tablet and I have no clue on how to go back to gamepad controls. I'm on a steam deck running Win 11 if that helps
