I don't think there's really support for that. We had one mod we did ourselves where we put one of the NPCs on the Octodad rig, but that was very specialized to pull off.

ok, thanks for replying.
You may not be able to make a custom model but you can edit Octodads existing texture to look sort of like something else. You could make a pyro version of Octodad by doing a reskin of him which would requires less effort and no coding. The only problem I have come across is when using a custom textures his tie become invisible when in arm pick up mode and I can't seem to fix that lol. You would need blender or some other program to open the skin format. Blender does not seem to save the skin out right so i took a screenshot of it with the windows snipping tool and opend and edited in krita. Imported it back to the (Click on Octodad and go to attributes and find his texture under gameplay parameters. click on it and to find a little button on the right. Click that to change out and search for assets.) engine by making sure to put it in same folder as map being worked on. Also you could recreate a TF2 map yourself but you would need tools like krita (painting) and blender (modeling) and not to mention experience with both. Also experence with the Octodad editior. Also the editor for the most part is only a single player engine. If you do import anything make sure to use .obj for models and .png for textures for best quality. If you want to do anything extensive like add new dialoge, music, or charicature animation that is not already in the engine then you would need to know coding in the .x format which i think is a nivida format for animation and such.

Hope this helps you out even more.
