Arrow keys are not working.
The other key works fine, but only arrow keys do not.
The same goes for reinstalling the game.
Even if I switch to the second key setting (WASD), I can only select NEW GAME on the main screen and the character won't move.
Please help me.

Do you have a controller plugged in? That might conflict some.

No.. I only use the keyboard.
At first, I was able to play the game properly, but this problem occurred after the game bounced once.

I think this game has an .ini file somewhere where you can change settings. Maybe try looking that up.
