Could the cpu be faulty?

https://imgur.com/a/GkwFLEq Its a 20 loop test in the end the fps drop multiple time to 0 and the cpu mhz go downa lot at the same time,altrought i thought at first it might be the time between loops since it only did it at the end i think it might be a faulty cpu. What do yall think?

Spikes at the start/end of a loop during 20 loop stress test can happen in the graph and are not an indication of an issue.

The test being run is a graphics test and GPU load appears to be full 100% across the board, so everything seems normal.

CPU is hardly used at all in this test, so it cannot really say anything about the CPU. CPU clock speed being all over the place is normal as the load is so light. Run the CPU test (CPU profile) instead and see if the performance is correct for the hardware.
