3DMark
Your CPU does not support SSSE 3 error (AM5 CPU)
I just started getting this error today. I've seen other people report it on here and it goes unsolved, so here are the details from my end.

ISSUES:
- The error is ONLY on the Time Spy test (however I don't own steel nomad or speed way so not sure about those).
- In addition to this error, I also started getting error "Time measurement data not available" when I run the Fire Strike Ultra test.
- My Physics score in Fire Strike Ultra has almost HALVED:
Here is my score with the error:
https://www.3dmark.com/fs/33522913
And here is my score from before the error started:
https://www.3dmark.com/fs/31380400

POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Things I've recently changed which may/may not have triggered the issue...
- Installed latest AMD chipset drivers for my 7600x (from here https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am5/b650e.html)
- Turned on ASUS motherboard setting 'Core Tuning Config' in the BIOS. I set this to level 2 as per ASUS recommendation.
- Turned on ASUS motherboard setting 'Turbo Game Mode' in BIOS.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Tried running 3DMark as admin.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled 3DMark.
- Rebooted PC.
- Tried running the 'sysinfo' installer file.

So far still have the problem.

UPDATE:

I've tried to turn the BIOS settings back off
- Core Tuning Config, and
- Turbo Game Mode

This did NOT fix the error messages (first two issues), however it DID fix my physics score (third issue) which has now returned to normal.

Something breaking badly when trying to determine the features of your CPU (and then Time Spy is blocked as it requires SSSE3 support and the block happens if UI cannot determine if your CPU supports that)

First thing I'd recommend is to verify that motherboard BIOS is up to date.

If it is, or if updating it did not solve the issue, open a support ticket

https://support.benchmarks.ul.com/support/tickets/new

I would need logs from both FMSIDiag.exe and from running dxrinfo.exe - open a ticket and I'll reply with detailed instructions how to pull these.
