Hey Delvelings! Chief Dwarf here!

Today, I’m proud and super excited to finally announce my brand new game: Dwarf Delve!

And on top of this, I can also announce that Freedom Games is reporting for Publishing duties!

For those of you who may not know, a game publisher can take care of a lot of the business and marketing side of releasing a title. That includes managing store pages, marketing and advertising, helping showcase the game at both digital and live events, PR, localisation and a lot more!

Really, it lets me totally focus on working to make Dwarf Delve the best it can be, and provides Gloom Box with the resources to do so.

You may also have heard horror stories of publishers compromising the vision of a game or forcing arbitrary restrictions on dev teams.

With Freedom, that couldn’t be further from reality.

The Freedom team have been incredible; only enhancing and supporting the title’s vision and really allowing these Dwarves to go full bore into this project.

Early in development, when it came to considering whether to go with a publisher or not, I chose Freedom because they are 100% committed to a developer’s vision of their game, and only want to see it reach its full potential.

Gloom Box maintains complete creative and development freedom, and Freedom (heh!) wouldn’t have it any other way!
