press F12 and screenshot from Steam Overlay in front of one of these overly bright overland exterior walls and stairs and and share it on Steam and post the Share link here... that way we'll be able to see it if looks normal to us, and have an idea what's up.

Go to your steam account\Content\Artwork and add the image there, then choose 'Share' and copy the URL, and then link here. It is the most direct and easiest way to share screenshots of problems like OP has.

For example, this image is in my account\Content\Artwork already, just copy\paste the link to this thread... simple...
