Would also like to know how to shorten career races. While I like more realistic driving than arcade driving I dislike the 25% minimum race length. Between 10% and 15% would be my optimum.

You can't, the whole purpose of it is to be realistic and 3 lap races would both be unrealistic and make the career mode far too short. Season challenge is for that.

Your kidding right? You do realise how unrealistic this Game is in many Area's? Also the fact that Codemasters have said themselves that this is an Arcade Game, not a Simulator...

It is perfectly plausable for a 3 Lap Race.

Unfortunately, there is no way to run less than 25% races in Career mode.

However, you may want to give Season Challenge mode a try. It's pretty fun and has 10 races that are 5 laps each. You get to choose a rival every two to three races depending on your performance. If you are able to beat that rival two out of three, you will be given the option to take his ride. There are also a few achievements that can be acquired in that mode if you happen to be interested in achievements.

Note You can not play online 5laps Career

Just out of curiosity, why exactly do you want them shortened to three laps? Why go to the trouble of qualifying and race for just three laps? If you want such a short stint just race in GP mode.

Noobs gain great position during crowded start and crowded corners in 1st lap. But can't keep for long that position because pit stop and mistakes. Just like I do.. 3 lap for noob
