Any way to show OSD in cockpit view?
The 312 T2 doesn't have any sort of gear indicator in the cockpit and i always end up forgetting what gear i'm in when i'm driving it. Is there a configuration file i can edit to force the on-screen display to appear in cockpit view?

It's been a while since I modded F1 2013 but I remember there being a file to edit the camera settings in each car. I used it to give every single car a T-cam in spectator mode.

If you go into the game directory and then Cars>ma2>camerasettings.xml it should be there, but this specifically is for the Marussia. I think the classic cars (including the T2) are encrypted and can't really be modified unfortunately.

Have a look in the files, I might be wrong - it's been around 10 years since I last tried this

I eventually figured it out. You have to decompile the configuration files with an ego engine decompilation tool into regular XML format, then copy and paste the code for the cockpit camera and rename the copy to something else. I think the OSD not appearing in cockpit mode must be hard-coded or something, because this process basically creates a second cockpit camera with a new name and that alone seems to be all that's required to enable the OSD. It doesn't work for the DLC cars, but since the T2 is technically on-disc DLC it does actually work for the T2.
