Not sure if it's Classic or not

I recently brought a key from Kinguin for a classic, but instead in activation it just F1 2013 (ROW). I've requested a refund and got another key, but still got same issue. And I don't see the DLC's in my library as other games. Just wanted to ask if someone brought the Classic Edition to confirm this please. Thanks,
