I agree, F1 2017 is a big step up on F1 2013 but it is not worth the full price. For around 17 (DLC included), its usual price on sales, it's worth a buy thanks to the "classic" content and the improved FFB, if you consider 90's and 2000's cars as classic. For my taste, F1 2013 has true classic content, but F1 2017 enables clutch and H pattern use for the 1988 and 1990 Mclarens.... F1 2013 has F1 2013 sounds ;) F1 2017 definitely isn't worth 60 bucks
I used to play F1 2013 just to have fun with classic cars, on classic tracks. I use F1 2017 only for the Mclarens and the 1992 Williams (which is available in F1 2013 with a better base setup).So for me, and I'm sure for others, F1 2013 is a much better game. That's why we need to work on Win10!
