List working achievements, and not

To help the IonFx guys pin down their frustrating problem with getting achievements to work, I thought it might be helpful to them to compile a list of achievements that are and are not working. If this work continues into versions later than beta2, please include which patch you're using so that they can keep track, and any notes that might qualify their behavior.

Working Achievements

Tylenol Tommy -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
Make it Strong -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
A Sorbo Smoothie -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
I can like... see man -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
I think therefor I am -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
It takes just seconds to eat -- triggered after using the medicine, not making it
You Are Here
It is There
That's a Lot of Head Statue -- Not sure if this one works correctly or not; it added to my list after mapping just a handful statues in the Draco/central map region, so seems erroneous, but I'm not sure if it was picking up from my original save game file (no patch), in which I did have all heads mapped.

Not Working Achievements

In 3 Days? Yeah right! -- I just finished a play-through where I had made the cure and was on the boat leaving the island just after 8pm on Day 2 (which is almost exactly 36 hours after the game starts, I believe). The achievement did not unlock anywhere.
In under a week? Can't be done! -- by extension of the 3-day achievement, this one didn't unlock either.
Oh, my glorious brain... -- synthesized and used this drug, the note about it being active appears in the journal, but no achievement unlock.
Botanical Bad A** -- I collected and researched more than 32 different plants, but this achievement did not unlock, so it's either not working or I am misinterpreting what it means by "unique plant/fungi".

Apparently, 'A Sorbo Smoothie' didn't work for me, even after having made two Herculean Tonics so far.

I did used the first, I still have the second one in my inventory.

[Edit] Besides "I Think Therefore I Am", the other achievements "Pump It Up" and "Stick It" work as well. ;)

Every fruit attack, besides the banana, works. Tin can too. Works, as in nets you an achievement, darn beast still persists to kill you after the hard gift of fruit.

Not that I would've wanted it any other way, mind.

This is on beta 2.

The Bored Cartographer may not be working. I loaded a save game where I'm pretty sure I've mapped the whole coastline but the achievement didn't unlock. I tried triangulating my position to see if that would unlock it but, alas, it did not.

I can confirm that It may be time for an intervention, The Bored Cartographer, Pyro and Botanical Bad A** aren't working. I'm pretty sure Just doing some light reading? is also broken.

Not sure anyone listed this yet, but using the mental stimulant pill is unlocking the permanent stimulant version of the achievement and not the correct one. Also, the stone head charting achievement popped as soon as I charted one after the beta patch.
