Currently, the game loads stuff at the tip of my nose. Checked in the settings and can't really say I can find anything to change this. I just want the game to load objects and etc further ahead. I checked with the modtool and I find a setting that might be the culprit but I wanted to check in and ask because the number is a floating point number and, I have no idea what number to put in to change it, I guess I can just try whatever, but don't want to crash the game.
