Make sure "Force Load Libraries" is toggled on, then click on "Configure Libraries".
At the bottom, you should see "Add Row", click that.
For the bar on the left, click the three dots "..." and select your Oblivion.exe as the option.
For the bar on the right, select the other three dots "..." and navigate to your Steam installation directory. You want to select "GameOverlayRenderer.dll".
Make sure the small box to the left of those bars is ticked, then run the game through MO2.
Can I install MO2 alongside w/o any problems? If it does no harm then i just install MO2 too, just for the overlay lol
I have time with MO2, Vortex, Thunderstore and other game-specific launchers, but I've never touched WB.
For Bethesda games, I tend to just stick to MO2.
Sorry I cannot be of more use, but if you ever were to use MO2, I hope the above advice in my previous post does help you.
